Eggstractor Egg Peeler instructions to cook a good hard boiled egg

Simply place raw eggs in a metal pot with enough water to cover the eggs, add a breeze of salt and turn up the heat. Wait until water boils ( big bubbles ) start your timer and leave eggs boiling for 5 minutes. Drain the water and poor cold water over the eggs or even better place eggs into a container with ice water and let them cool down for 15 seconds. Then puncture a little hole in the top of the egg using the pin on top of the Eggstractor Egg Peeler and then crack the egg slightly on the bottom. Place egg in Egg Peeler,  put bellow over it and give it a little push and wolllllaaaa here is the perfectly peeled egg.

Place eggs in tap water, add salt. Make sure eggs are completely covered with water. Bring water to a full boil and then continue to boil for 6 -8 minutes!

After boiling eggs carefully pour off the hot water and run cold water over eggs than... 

place eggs immediately in ICE WATER for a minimum of 10 minutes before Egggstraction.

Tap small end of egg several times on the piercer located on the Eggstractor base.

Piercer on Eggstractor Base. Make sure that you pierce through the inner layer of skin between shell and egg white.

Crack the large end by tapping on table a couple of times. Make sure you fully crack large end of egg. Don’t be timid!

Make sure the small end of egg is facing upward when you place in base of Eggstractor Egg Peeler

Place egg in base small end pointed upwards (fat end in base ). Place Eggstractor over egg.

Criss Cross hands over the top of the Eggstractor and give one good fast push. If egg did not pop out on the first try make sure you realign the egg in upright position before trying again.
